Mola Privacy Policy

Mola: Cozy Gas Station (“the app”) is a game developed by Berkay Egeli. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Summary: The app does not require an account and does not collect personal information. Your station is saved only on your device. There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. The only data that leaves your device is the purchase information needed to deliver in-app purchases.

1. Data stored on your device

Your game progress (your station, money, staff, quests, streak and decorations) and your settings (language, sound, day length and other preferences) are saved only on your device. The game has no server of its own and plays fully offline. We cannot access this data. It is deleted when you delete the app, or when you choose Reset progress in Settings.

2. Purchases

Drops, the Starter Pack and Double Earnings are bought through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment, and we never receive your name, email or payment details.

To keep track of your purchases and restore them, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID that is not linked to your identity, basic device information (such as device model, iOS version and app version) and your purchase history in Mola. 3. Widgets

Mola’s home screen, Lock Screen and StandBy widgets show a small summary of your station, such as your safe balance, rating and tank levels. This summary is shared only between the app and its widgets on your device and is never sent anywhere.

4. Notifications

Reminders are optional and off until you turn them on in Settings, at which point iOS asks for your permission. They are local notifications created on your device (at most one a day, for example when your night attendant’s summary is ready or a tanker is due). No notification data is sent to a server. You can turn them off anytime in the app or in your device settings.

5. Tracking and third parties

The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not track you across other apps or websites. Apart from RevenueCat for purchases, it does not share data with third parties. We do not sell or rent any information.

6. Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Your rights

Because your game data stays on your device, you are in control of it and can delete it anytime. If you have questions about your data under GDPR, KVKK, CCPA or other privacy laws, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
