Twofold Privacy Policy

Twofold: Backgammon (“the app”) is developed by Berkay Egeli. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Summary: The app does not require an account and does not collect personal information. There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.

1. Data stored on your device

Your settings, statistics, achievements, puzzle progress and saved games are stored only on your device. We cannot access this data. It is deleted when you delete the app.

2. Online play

If you choose to play online using a room code, the nickname you enter and the current game state (board position and moves) are sent to our server so your opponent can see them. This data:

• is not linked to your identity or your device,
• is never sold, shared, or used for advertising,
• is automatically deleted within 48 hours.

You don’t have to use online play. All other features work without it.

3. Purchases

Twofold Premium purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, email, or payment details. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings.

4. Tracking and third parties

The app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking tools, and it does not share data with third parties.

5. Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your rights

Because we don’t store personal information, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about your data under GDPR, KVKK, or other privacy laws, contact us.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
